3. International Shipping

- Auto Power Hub is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, if issues arise, we will assist in resolving them to the best of our ability.
- Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for valuable or fragile items. Without insurance, Auto Power Hub cannot be held liable for damage during transit.
7. Lost or Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but is not received, please first contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Auto Power Hub is not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered.
- Undeliverable packages due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package. If the customer declines reshipment, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
8. Customs and Import Duties
- Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country. Auto Power Hub is not liable for packages delayed or held by customs.
9. Force Majeure
